Arrived at La Paz

From Emma's Dad: I have just received a text message from Emma saying that she is in La Paz and now waiting for her flight to Sucre which is due to fly at 10am local time (3pm UK time) but it is snowing!! so she is not sure if the flight will go ahead. Emma has met up with a tour group so has some friends!!
